The Mobile App of EgnatiaTransport is designed to meet the needs of our customers. If you’re using it to access the Egnatia transport service, you will benefit from an improved online experience.
With the Mobile App, you can pay the charges associated with your Egnatia account directly on the App, make a purchase, view account statements, etc.
Once you install the Mobile App, it will appear on your Android mobile. Log in to your account using the provided username and password, and you will be able to manage your account.
You can use the Mobile App to pay Egnatia charges directly on the App. The Mobile App is accessible through Android OS, so your phone must have Android system installed. To start using it, you need to connect to the internet.
You can view your account details, such as the amount of the balance, the type of the current subscription, the name of the contact person, the email address, etc.
The Mobile App also has a Customer Service, in which you can report any issues related to your account.
The Mobile App also has a section to view the Stored Cards and remove the ones that are stored. You can view the assigned Transponders-Account cards and report them as Lost/Stolen.
